Introduction

[2004-06-19] At the moment I cannot do the spam stats at all, because the stats tool uses all memory and then crashes - I need to rewrite it to not keep everything in memory :/
I got about 27005 spams in 14 days from 25.5. - 9.6 - that's 1900 per day. Today I got even way over 5000 spams per day! Help!

This page is an attempt to visualize the spam amounts I get. It was automatically created by Mail::Graph , a Perl module which can be found on CPAN.
Please see here for detailed explanations about the data presented here and how it all works.

The site is not complete yet, I am still working on it. If you have any comments, or want the script to generate these pages, please email me.

Please note that a lot of these addresses don't exist, but the spammers tried to deliver mail to them, nonetheless. Especially noteworthy are the combinations of the whois_dummy and gimp_dummy addresses. Most of them are garbled and are very probably due to the spammer trying to defeat (wrongly) anti-spam measurements by varing the address.
